Ev McNeill

Ev, Carol and their three boys began building on Schroon in 1979.  Ev graduated from CW Post College, LIU with a BS in Industrial Management.  He was a sourcing manager with General Electric Power Systems in Schenectady. Upon retirement in 2004, they moved permanently to Schroon.  Ev serves on the Watershed Environmental Committee with a focus on both aquatic and terrestrial invasive species. The committee coordinates watershed and lake water quality activities with the SLA, PLA, APIPP, LG HWA Coalition, WCS&W and other environmental focused organizations.  Ev enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, gardening, brewing, napping on the beach, genealogical research and golf.
